Enrollment Specialist (Sales Development Rep)

The team is remote, so you get to work from anywhere. We are disruptive and we do work that matters.
We work hard and we are insanely informal.
We deliver an awesome product and are doing an amazing job at sales and marketing which has allowed us to grow really fast.
But, because of all the growth, some of us have gotten way too busy… Which is where you come in…
This is for you if:
🤝 You’re great with people and love making others feel comfortable
🤝 You have an obsessive drive to find and qualify all leads and opportunities, and hate missing out on potential sales opportunities.
🤝 You are process driven, and good at problem-solving and figuring things out on your own with minimal direction… you can create your own structured work environment.
🤝 You actively read and seek out new learning from books or courses to get better at your role
🤝 You implement. And do so with minimal direction, doing a lot of your own research to find the best way to solve the problem at hand.
🤝 Lastly and most importantly, you have an unquestioned work ethic. You have a very strong desire to work hard, put in extra time and learn in your off hours.
If you question your will to work hard, more than the normal 8-4 days, this probably isn’t the best position to apply for.
What you’ll be doing…
You’ll be working with the WBI sales and marketing team to identify and qualify all the sales opportunities available to our business.
This means working with our lead lists, following up on marketing campaigns, working in LinkedIn and community groups to find sales opportunities.
Day to day, you’ll be attending sales appointments and outreaching leads for the majority of your day, and documenting what is working and what is not.
You’ll be caring for leads… we have a lot of leads and need someone very driven to make sure we are maximizing all the opportunities.
As a long-term view… this position may transition into a 1-1 sales rep position.
